Access is restricted to the Chartered Accountant assigned to your case and a limited number of authorised support staff bound by confidentiality agreements.

We share information with the Income Tax Department only as part of filing your return, and with payment partners (e.g. Razorpay) only to process your payment.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Documents are stored on industry-grade cloud storage with strict access controls.

We maintain audit logs of who accesses your data and when, and review them regularly.

We retain your data for the period required by Indian tax law (typically 7 years) so that we can support audits, rectifications, and refund queries.

You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, and to request a copy in a portable format.
